Our delivery service includes to-the-door delivery, meaning the item will be delivered just beyond your doorway.
Due to the heavy and bulky nature of this product and packaging, we recommend unboxing the product then rolling it on the in-built wheels to move it to your desired location within your home to prevent damage to your floors or walls.
The delivery team have been instructed to not move the box within your home as it poses a high risk to damage to floors or wall or other household items.
We offer staircase delivery as an additional service to assist customers who require the Smart Home Gym to be carried up or down stairs. However, due to the bulky dimensions and heavy weight of the equipment, stair deliveries are inherently challenging and may carry a risk of minor cosmetic damage, such as scuff marks or scratches to walls, floors, or stair surfaces.
Our delivery team will always do their best to handle the item with care and assess whether it is safe and practical to proceed. If the staircase is too narrow or presents a significant safety or property risk, the team may politely decline to continue. In such cases, the stair delivery fee will be refunded, and the item will be delivered to the ground or first accessible level.
By requesting or allowing staircase delivery, you acknowledge and accept that Speediance and its delivery partners cannot be held responsible for any cosmetic damage that may occur as part of this process, even when reasonable care is taken.
