Is there a warranty for the Smart Home Gym?

Does the Smart Home Gym require any maintenance?
Just wipe it down with a clean cloth to keep the dust free. It is otherwise maintenance free.
To keep the machine in prime condition, keep the product away from heat sources and prevent it from being exposed to direct sunlight. Do not place it in wet areas, so as to prevent rust or degradation of material.
Is it safe to use?
Yes, the Speediance Smart Home Gym is safe to use. Our patented spotter mode ensures the weight turns off when it detects you are struggling with lifting the weight. You can also turn off the weight with the bluetooth controller ring with a push of the button.
Is the weight adjustable only in lbs or also in kg?
When you set up your profile preset, you can choose lbs or Kg.
Are the Workouts only available in English?
12 Different languages available. Including English, Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic, French, Italian, Serbian, Turkish, Korean, Spanish, Deutsch and Russian
Is the Smart Home Gym suitable for seniors too?
Yes! In fact we recommend seniors do resistance training! Its been showed that resistance training and increased muscle mass increases their life expectancy and life lived independently Our workout are catered for adults of all ages. Our weights go from 1-100kg and our workout programs range from beginner to advanced. All our beginner programs have easy to follow movements.
If i have an issue with a machine who do i contact to service or repair?

Logistics and delivery
How big is the machine, will it fit in our home?
It measures at 1.25m x 0.71m when in use, taking up 0.9m2 or 9.68sq ft. You have to allow for a bit of extra space for your elbows when doing bench presses but otherwise most exercises are confined within the platform.
Fold up the platform and it takes up 0.3m2 or 3.2sq ft
Can the machine be moved and stored away?
Yes it can. Our machine has two wheels on the bottom when allows you to move it and store it away.
What is the approximate size and weight of each of the packages?
It comes in a single box measuring 2380mm x 800mm x 480mm weighing 125kg
How will it be delivered?
Our delivery team provides a door service for the delivery. From there the best way would be to open the box and remove the Smart Home Gym and roll it into your desired position. Otherwise make sure if you have someone else with you to help you move it into position
Is the Smart Home Gym shipped in a fully assembed state?
The main machine comes fully assembled, just roll it out and its ready to use. The flat bench needs its legs attached with simple screw work.
