Fogging up screen glass

Due to excessive humidity or rapid/frequent changes in temperature moisture can build up behind the screen. Simply follow these instructions to remove these spots.

Cable makes a clicking or jerking sound when lifting

Button: Ensure cable is not caught on the button or anything else on the side of the machineExtend: Fully extend the cable out with the weight off Retract: Turn the weight on to 5kg and slowly retract the cable to its original position

Bluetooth Ring cannot pair or doesn't work

Ensure the bluetooth ring is fully charged. Forget the bluetooth ring via the machine. Reconnect the bluetooth ring via bluetooth to the machine. Sometimes certain other appliances may interfere with the signal so tilt the rear antenna sideways for better reception. Check if you have it set for single tap or double tap weight activation by swiping down the screen and selecting the gear icon

No power to machine, light on ON/OFF switch on machine doesn't have any light

(1) Verify wall power point works with plugging in another appliance (2) Verify cable works, can use another cable to test. Same as most monitor or computer cable (3) Check that internal blue circuit breaker is facing up to the ceiling (4) Remove fuses on switch to see if blown

One side of the cable is jammed and doesn't retract

The cable has jammed somewhere along the internal cable system. Open up the main panel and re-position the cable to re-rail it back on the motor.

Cable fraying and needs replacement

Difficult to remove and insert pulley blocks

Sometimes due to sweat or water the lubrication on the pulley might wear off and friction starts to make it difficult to remove and insert. Simply apply some lubrication such as cooking oil or any other kind of lubrication to keep it smooth

Fan making clicking sound

If your fan is making a constant clicking sound it is most probably because it is touch a loose cable. Simply open the back the machine and either move the cable to one side or cable tie it to tighten the cable to prevent it from hitting the cooling fan.
