How to get it in Malaysia?

We do not yet have warehouses or showrooms in Malaysia but we can offer delivery or pick up for our product to our Malaysian Customers.

Option 1: Door to door Delivery (delivery fee charged)

For our direct to door freight, we will quote you directly based on your location in Malaysia and whether stairs is required. Contact us with your address and if stairs is required from the carpark to your desired location to get an quote for delivery. As a gauge, from Singapore to KL would cost around 500 SGD to ship to your door

Option 2: Depot Collection (FREE)

Want to save on the delivery fee? We offer a free pick up option for those wanting to take a trip down to Singapore. Come to our showroom to try it and pick it up at our warehouse the same day (subject to warehouse opening hours are 9am - 5pm). 

Collection Requirements:

  1. Manpower: We can't stress this enough: given the weight and dimensions of the gym, we recommend you bring along at least two strong individuals. In certain circumstances, having three might make the process even smoother.
  2. Vehicle Considerations: Your vehicle should be able to accommodate the gym’s weight and dimensions. Vans should offer sufficient internal space or a large vehicle

Warranty information

We will continue to support the 2 year warranty and support however will only be able to provide remote support via phone or video clips. If part replacements are required, it will be shipped to your address and you will be guided on how to replace it via video.
