Speediance Warranty and Authenticity Policy

1. Manufacturer’s Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our products with a full two-year manufacturer’s warranty. When purchased directly from Speediance Singapore, this warranty covers manufacturing faults for up to two years.

  • Full 2-Year Warranty: If you encounter any manufacturing fault within 2 years, contact us at admin@speediance.com.sg, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Return Shipping: If a return is necessary due to product issues, we will cover the shipping costs.

The warranty starts on the activation date of the machine and is valid for 24 months for the machine and 12 months for accessories. Accessories include: cables, handles, ropes, bars, hooks, ski handles, straps, benches, belts, bluetooth ring, organisers and rowers. Valid proof of purchase is required.

2. Warranty Service

Warranty service is available during the warranty period for performance failures. Please reach out to admin@speediance.com.sg for support.

Warranty service does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
  • Resold or second-hand items.
  • Commercial use of our Smart Home Gym.

3. Outside Warranty Repair

We aim to maintain low costs for our customers even after the warranty period. To support you:

  • Self-servicing tutorials: We provide comprehensive video tutorials to simplify repairs.
  • Replacement parts: Parts are available for purchase at a low cost to help keep your machine in top shape.
  • Professional servicing: If you prefer or need professional assistance, our service center is always available to provide expert repairs and get your machine running smoothly again.

4. Authenticity of Products

Our warranty guidelines are in line with our manufacturer to ensure full warranty coverage and product authenticity. Only products purchased from Speediance Singapore, the authorized exclusive distributor in Singapore will be provided warranty, service and repairs. Products purchased from unauthorized sources or third parties will:

  • Immediately be void of any warranty from the manufacturer based on geo-tracking of source of product and location of activation
  • Will not be eligible for any in or out of warranty repairs or service from Speediance Singapore or direct from the manufacturer

5. Limitation of Liability

Speediance Singapore assumes no liability for products purchased outside official channels, and such products are not eligible for warranty claims or service requests. Customers are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy of their purchase.

6. Amendments to the Policy

Speediance Singapore reserves the right to amend this policy as necessary. Changes will be communicated through our official channels, and it is the responsibility of the customer to stay informed about the latest terms and conditions.
