Speediance Warranty and Authenticity Policy
1. Manufacturer’s Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our products with a full two-year manufacturer’s warranty. When purchased directly from Speediance Singapore, this warranty covers manufacturing faults for up to two years.
- Full 2-Year Warranty: If you encounter any manufacturing fault within 2 years, contact us at admin@speediance.com.sg, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Return Shipping: If a return is necessary due to product issues, we will cover the shipping costs.
The warranty starts on the activation date of the machine and is valid for 24 months for the machine and 12 months for accessories. Accessories include: cables, handles, ropes, bars, hooks, ski handles, straps, benches, belts, Bluetooth rings, organizers, and rowers. A valid proof of purchase is required.
2. Warranty Registration Requirement
To activate and be eligible for warranty coverage:
- Customers MUST register their machine for warranty by completing the warranty registration form provided.
- If the machine is not registered, and the serial number (S/N) is illegible at the time of a warranty claim, we will be unable to process the claim.
- A WhatsApp message is sent to notify all customers of this requirement at the time of purchase.
Failure to register your machine for warranty may result in forfeiture of warranty claims.
3. Warranty Service
Warranty service is available during the warranty period for performance failures. Please reach out to admin@speediance.com.sg for support.
Warranty service does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
- Resold or second-hand items.
- Commercial use of our Smart Home Gym.
For all approved warranty related accessory claims, we will require you to bring your damaged accessory down to our retail store for a one for one exchange. We will be unable process any warranty claims via postage.
4. Outside Warranty Repair
We aim to maintain low costs for our customers even after the warranty period. To support you:
- Self-servicing tutorials: Comprehensive video tutorials are provided to simplify repairs.
- Replacement parts: Affordable parts are available to keep your machine in top shape.
- Professional servicing: For professional assistance, our service center is available to provide expert repairs and get your machine running smoothly.
5. Authenticity of Products
Our warranty guidelines align with the manufacturer to ensure full warranty coverage and product authenticity.
- Only products purchased from Speediance Singapore, the authorized exclusive distributor in Singapore, are eligible for warranty, service, and repairs.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sources or third parties will:
- Be immediately void of any warranty based on geo-tracking of the product source and activation location.
- Not be eligible for in- or out-of-warranty repairs or service from Speediance Singapore or the manufacturer.
6. Limitation of Liability
Speediance Singapore assumes no liability for products purchased outside official channels. Such products are not eligible for warranty claims or service requests. Customers are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy of their purchase.
7. Amendments to the Policy
Speediance Singapore reserves the right to amend this policy as necessary. Changes will be communicated through our official channels, and it is the responsibility of the customer to stay informed about the latest terms and conditions
