WARRANTY POLICY:

Full 2-Year Warranty: We support each machine with a strong two-year warranty, emphasizing our steadfast confidence in its exceptional quality. If you encounter any manufacturing fault within 2 years, contact us and we will resolve the issue with you.

7-Day Replacement Guarantee: If you observe any mechanical faults in your machine's equipment hardware within the initial 7 days of its arrival, please reach out to us and we will swiftly dispatch a brand-new replacement.

Return Shipping: If returns are required due to product issues, we bear the shipping costs. 

Within Warranty Repair: Post the initial 7 days but within the warranty period, our adept technician is at your service for repairs. 

The warranty starts on the date that the product is purchased and is valid for 24 months for the machine and 12 months for accessories. Customer must provide valid proof of purchase for warranty. Replacement parts are available for sale after the warranty period is over.

Warranty Service

Warranty service does not cover the following:

× Damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance, or improper storage and force majeure.

× Normal wear and tear.

× Damage caused by unauthorized repairs of the product.

× Re-sold / second-hand items

x Commercial use of our Smart Home Gym

You can apply for our product warranty service if there is a performance failure during the effective warranty period, please send email to admin@speediance.com.sg, we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Outside Warranty Repair: Our comprehensive video tutorials simplify the process of self-servicing. Even after the warranty period, we continue to support you by providing parts at your cost. If you prefer professional servicing, our official service center and skilled technicians are available to assist you at any time.
