Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days from order confirmation.
  • Express delivery options may be available at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
  • Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a delivery booking form to select your preferred delivery date.
  • Additional charges may apply for deliveries to locations where staircase access is required — specifically where the unit door is not on the same level as the car park or lift access point.

Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver within Singapore only.
  • Delivery is available to residential and commercial addresses.
  • For locations with restricted access (e.g., military camps, certain industrial areas), please contact us in advance.

Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery is available for orders above a minimum order value (as stated at checkout).
  • Standard delivery charges apply for orders below the minimum threshold.
  • Additional charges may apply for bulky or heavy items such as the Gym Monster machine.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order.

Prepaid Orders (Customer-Requested Later Delivery)

For certain orders, customers may request a later delivery date after full payment is made. Please note:

We typically fulfill and ship orders as soon as stock is available. If you have requested a delayed delivery, your payment will be treated as a prepayment for a future supply, and your order will be delivered according to your chosen timing.

Invoices will be issued upon shipment or delivery, not at the time of payment. As your unit is reserved and scheduled for delivery, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or change-of-mind requests once payment has been made.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost for manufacturing defects.
